Today we experienced Roller Derby!It wasn't as violent as I was expecting, and it took us a little while to understand what was actually going on, but it was great fun. The crowd was really getting into it.
The photo is of the first match between two local Raleigh teams - the Debutante Brawlers and the Trauma Queens. The second match, between the Carolina All-Stars and the DC All-Stars, was a lot quicker and rougher.
