Houseboating: Day OneStella, Paul and I headed up to Virginia to Smith Mountain Lake early (ish).
After checking in and getting a tutorial in how everything worked, we set off in no particular direction. We stopped in one cove where Paul and Stella trialed the water slide, while I took pictures. We swam and fished until it was time to pick up the boys back at the dock.
Clayton, Brendan and Kevin joined us around 7pm. We motored back into the lake until we found a good spot to stop for the night.
We enjoyed the sunset, dinner, Charades and a few alcoholic beverages before calling it a (late) night.
