Today I went on a 4 mile (6.5km) power walk along the Tobacco Trail. It took me an hour. It made my legs and ankles hurt like crazy. And I didn't see any wildlife, not even a bird or a squirrel.I get back home and find a bird's nest in the tree in our front yard. I think it's a sign I should just stay home from now on. :)
